Cancellation Policy
*Seating is limited to 45 minutes. *Reservation tickets are required for the number of people attending. (Purchases can only be made with credit card payment) *As an external system is used and a system usage fee is incurred, cancellations after purchase cannot be made for any reason. *If more than 10 minutes have passed since the reservation time on the day, the right to the reservation ticket will be forfeited. Please be aware that even in this case, refunds will not be given.
